On 11-12 July the NATO Public Forum will take place in Vilnius during the 2023 NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government. 

As in past years, the Summit will once again be accompanied by a Public Forum hosted by a consortium of leading civil society organisations. Led by the Eastern Europe Studies Centre and comprising the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Munich Security Conference (MSC) and the Atlantic Council, this consortium work in partnership with NATO to host experts and decision-makers from around the globe to add further perspectives to the Summit.

The Forum consists in a series of panel discussions, debates, and interactions sessions on various topics from the NATO Summit agenda.

This international event is co-organised by NATO Public Diplomacy Division, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Munich Security Conference (MSC) and the Atlantic Council, with the participation of the Elcano Royal Institute.
