Paula Oliver Llorente is a Research Assistant on European policy at the Elcano Royal Institute. Previously, she worked as a policy assistant at the European Commission and served as Deputy Director of Political Advocacy at Talento para el Futuro, an non-profit organisation focused on promoting youth political engagement. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for the Governance of Change (IE University) and as an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She also completed an internship at the Elcano Royal Institute (2020).

She holds a dual degree in International Relations and Business Administration from IE University, and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
