Youssef Amrani is the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United States.
He previously served as Ambassador to South Africa, with non-resident accreditation to Eswatini, Botswana and Malawi. His earlier positions include Chargé de Mission in the Royal Cabinet, Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, and Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM).
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mohammed V University of Rabat and a degree in Management from Boston University School of Management.
