Yeray Bedate Rayo is a Research Assistant in the Energy area at the Elcano Royal Institute.

Previously, he has participated in European projects centered on the green hydrogen economy and the analysis of structural change dynamics within the European Union. Additionally, he has experience in the private sector, where he has worked as a data analyst for national and international companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Development from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Economics at the same university, focusing on the study of the material footprint in European growth models using Multiregional Input-Output techniques.
