Venue: Espacio Bertelsmann
The Elcano Royal Institute presents the 14th annual edition of its collective work, in which the research team analyses the outlook for the international context and the short-term challenges for Spanish foreign policy.
Security and defence are once again the focus in a context marked by the deterioration of transatlantic relations and internal polarisation, which is becoming increasingly less cushioned at the European Union level.
This edition marks the 25th anniversary of the Elcano Royal Institute. It also includes an assessment of Spain’s role in the world since 2001 and a forward-looking reflection on the horizon of 2050.
