through sub servers by Western (primarily American) Internet Service Providers
(ISPs). The document -prepared by The Middle East Media Research Institute
(MEMRI)- also discusses the question of what can be done about it, and stresses
that most - if not all - ISPs do not know the content of the websites they are
hosting, since most of them are in Arabic.
